Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the branch on all matters related to showroom affairs.
• Ensure the attendance of all employees within the showroom.
• Provide coverage for any absent employee within the area (due to sickness, annual leave, etc.) in coordination with
management.
• Verify that all showroom employees adhere to the official dress code.
• Ensure the availability of required merchandise in showrooms and work to replenish missing items from other showrooms
in coordination with management.
• Direct employees on their assigned tasks and ensure their completion. Escalate any non-completion issues to management.
• Develop a weekly action plan and prepare a detailed daily report on accomplishments.
• Conduct marketing activities and distribute promotional materials.
• Inform the direct manager of new products, providing the name and image (if available).
• Prepare a report on advertising locations around the branch and submit it to the direct manager.
• Understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions by answering inquiries and recommending the most suitable
products.
• Inform the direct manager of customer needs and feedback on products.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
