We have a main office in Jeddah, KSA, a central warehouse in the south area, and 90 sales shops distributed in different districts throughout KSA. Our aim is to invest in our people and become pioneers in the natural and beauty products market by introducing our experience and wisdom to our valuable clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating leads and sales, conducting product training, and managing sales activities.

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• Proven track record in sales
• Ability to conduct product training sessions
• Experience in sales management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of natural and beauty products is a plus
